writes:a girl has come in my life and she is like my best friend.she said we can only be best friends and i respect that and dont have any problems with it.we been talking to each other over phone regularly for past couple of months. i can live as a friend because she is a nice girl but then after some time i started falling for her from the moment i met her and its like this attraction is becoming more strong and i dont want to break my heart in the end but at the same time want to keep talking to her and doing nice things for her..i want to be her best friend because i know we cant be a couple but why is that so hard for me.. i know its the right thing.. why am i so desperate for love and a girlfriend. the more i talk to her the feeling keeps getting strongeri even dont know if its realy love or only a crushi am so confused and messed up

 The feelings you are experiencing are more likely to be a crush because they are not reciprocated but things may change, she may slowly fall for you too. You can either stick with it in the hope of but knowing at the back of your mind that it might stay as it is - being great friends - or stop hoping for that and accept the friendship. Instead of seeing this as a bad thing you should embrace it. Boyfriend and girlfriends come and go and are forgotten eventually but a true friend is forever.
