 Well first think of a small gift that you can give her. Something cute and memorable. Well don't ask her first.
You can wait that after the party. Ask her if you could speak to her personally or walk with her.
Give your small gift first. Just tell her that you were moving to a different school then tell her that you like her and tell her some qualities that you like a bout her. If you can make a poem, make it.
