But today he left me a message on my phone and he was saying, "I love you!" Over and over again, I asked him if he was just playin' me and he said he really means it. The hard part is that he has liked me for a long time and he is with a friend of mine right now and he is goign to dump her and is goign to ask me out. I know I really liek him, but when he tells me "I love you," he wants me to say it back, and I am not sure if feel that way about him. What should I do, because I don't want my friend to know that he left her for me!!!

He should be leaving his current relationship because he doesn't want to be with her anymore not because of you, but I would give it time after he comes out of that one before you go into a relationship with him.
About the 'I love you' thing, unless you feel it and your sure you do don't tell someone you do no matter how much they are pushing for you to as you have to be honest with them and true to yourself and how your feeling.
Good luck :o)
