You need to distinguish between "female orgasm" and "female ejaculation".
The female orgasm means the female sexual peak with vaginal muscle contractions, etc. etc. Female ejaculation is rarer and means that some women can shoot out liquid like a man when they have an orgasm. I'd google them if I were you to find out more information (using the quotation marks, e.g. "female orgasm", to get only relevant hits).

Don't believe anyone who tells you that women can't have pleasure durring sex. This is a lie told by men who are bad lovers and don't care about making their women feel good.
Since your not ready for sex, I'm not going to provide more detailed information. When your with the right person, or when you are married, your husband will stroke your body (especially your vagina) and it will make you feel good.

Females "coming" is more properly referred to as an orgasm... and to that end, here's a quick link I found (with Google) for you. I'm sure that another woman is more qualified to answer more specific questions for you... but once you have one... your world will have changed forever!!
