I broke up with my boyfriend because i felt he was not affectionate enough but he was trying the best he knew how...... But i pushed him away and always accused him of cheating he was so distant with me after we broke up so i gave him a month without contact or speaking and now he says he misses me a little and he thinks of me every once in a while i miss him so much and want him but i think i messed it up......... And he asks to borrow twenty dollars should i lend it to him

Ive been off and on with the love of my life for 5years however i broke up with him 5 months and now i want him back but he has a girlfriend that he lives with now but he claims that once im serious with him then he will be with me and marry me now he is asking me for money to help him come back hime i love him but i feel stupid especially when he is on myspace saying he is apartment shopping with his " wifey"

A female reader, Laura1318 Malaysia +, writes (7 May 2010):

Laura1318 agony auntThings happened for a reason and you should not lend money to anyone. Don't listen to his sweet words or sweet promises. He will promise you the sky and the moon to get what he wants from you .

Don't listen to any sob stories or any get rich quick schemes. Don't trust those people who wants to borrow money from you . They prey on your human weakness.

Be firm and tell him that you do not have the money to lend him. Find closure in this relationship because it is over.
