Question - (20 December 2009) 1 Answers - (Newest, 20 December 2009)
A female United States age 30-35, anonymous writes:

Hello all. To all the ladies that have kids, I am 20 years old and 35 weeks pregnant. Its getting very close to birth and I just wanted advice for the do's and don't's when I go into labor. I've been over this dozens of times in my head, and I've read books and asked other women how their labor(s) went, but I'd just like a little more knowledge and maybe a little reassurance too. So please tell me, how was it and what should I do or not do? ( I am also not planning on having an epidural)Thank you all! ^_^

okay i've never had kids but i think being stressed would add to the pain and stressiness of the situation - if i was in your boat then i'd think about ways to keep me calm and chilled and happy e.g. music - that way I would have the best possibly preganancy cos i'm calm. Sorry i can't be of more help. congrads on the baby and merry xmas x
