The cramps are starting to scare me, could I be pregnant?

Question - (9 March 2008) 1 Answers - (Newest, 9 March 2008)
A female United States age 30-35, anonymous writes:

I had a period at the end of January/early June. Two weeks later, I had another period, only this one was shorter. It's been almost a month since that shorter period and I still haven't gotten another. I've been getting cramps and discharge, I think I might just have a yeast infection. But I'm worried now that I might be pregnant. I've been stressed a lot lately but the cramping I've been getting is starting to scare me. I've had sex but the guy I was with never came close to finishing and always pulled out. What's wrong with me??

Irregular periods could be down to a number of things.

1st of all are you on any kind of contraception? If not then yes you may be preganant. In which case I would go and see your doctor or get a pregnancy test.Even if this guy says he is pulling out before he comes that is not a guarentee that he has not ejaculated inside you.

If you do have thrush (a yeast infection)then i would also advise seeing your doctor who can diagnose this. In the mean time stop eating any food with yeast and wheat such as bread, pastry, pasta etc.

The more you worry the worst this will get so I would see you doctor asap to put your mind at ease.

Good luck.
