After 4 days of being off work with stress and after a lot of research, I can openly state that helping people with their problems has completely calmed me down.

Not only has everything gone back to normal in my life, I now take complete pride when it comes to answering people on this site.

I hope everyone else is enjoying this as much as I am.

I'm almost tempted to quit my job and become an agony aunt full, but unfortunately I've got bills to pay like everyone else, ha ha.
