 You've been stuck on this for ten years? Oh my goodness, you are right, you do need to move on. What have you tried so far?
How about counseling, did you try that? Have you been seen by a doctor and had a thorough checkup? Do you know if you suffer from depression, have you ever been evaluated for it?
Ten years is a very long time to have stifled your personal growth and reaching for your dreams.
