Well I don't have any classes with him, but sometimes I do have him for exra help, and then he just like talks, talks and kinda doing his own business. I don't mind, I mean he's just my teacher and that's what he is supposed to do but all the time, like when we pass eachother in the hallway or so, and I say Hi, he totally ignores me, and even if there's only me in the classroom and I say hi, he just pretends like he didn't hear. He actually looks into my eye and doesn't say anything. Then once we had tests, I mean big tests and he was there with other teachers and when we had to hand out our works, he smiled to other students and seemed to be pretty calm and cool and when he was about to get my work, he didn't even look at me just grabbed my work so fast and just quickly walked away. And the reason I'm telling this is, because I seriously want to know what's his problem? Did I do something wrong or what?? I find it very offensive that he is friendly to other students but ignores me, even if I havent done anything wrong.

Perhaps he doesn't realise he's ignoring you, he could of misheard you. Next time you leave your lesson go out last and say thanks for the lesson I enjoyed it and see if he then replies. Don't let it worry you, if he is a rude person then talk to another teacher about his behaviour. Are you maybe attracted to him? Just a thought, there's nothing wrong in that, feelings are uncontrollable, but its unusual for someone to worry into something like this?

If he's rude, I'd go to the guidance counselors office and report it. But somehow I don't think you'll do that. You wouldn't happen to be crushing on him, would you?

It doesn't sound like you're doing anything wrong. Why are you so concerned that one teacher (who you don't have any classes with) out of the whole school doesn't acknowledge you. He probably doesn't know you're name, or hear you talking to him (other students being loud in the classroom) when you ask him something. Why don't you ask another teacher about his behavior?
