I am not white and pale like a ghost but I am not tan either. He told me I need to go tanning at a salon, I really don't wanna do that. He tells me that to me a lot, it seems to really matter to him.Ever since he told me that, I am really self conscious about the way I look. I live in florida and everyone has a tan. Granted a lot of people with naturally tan skin live down here but still. So I am just wondering, do you think guys like tan blondes better than fair blondes? I am just curious. Dont worry about what your friend said. Do what YOU think looks good. If you like being tan, then tan. If you like your skin fair then stay fair. It doesnt matter what others think, what matters is what you think. As some say the most attractive women is the one who believes she's attractive or something like that.
Anyways, good luck!

And if you do it with real UV rays, it will age you faster. Most of the chronic tanners started in their high school years, and you can really start to see the difference between the chronic tanners and the chronically pale by the mid/late 20s.

One of my drama teachers used to say, "There is butter for every bread" (it was a guy, btw).
Some guys would totally dig fair blondes.

Honestly, I have seen tan blonds. As long as its not over done, it doesn't look bad. It does tend to look unnatural however, kinda like a blond Asian. Your personal image should only matter to you. I know that probably sounds like I'm an old 60 yr old or something, but I'm 18. A person can only be happy if they are happy with themselves. Personal acceptance is key to happiness. If someone is only judging you on your appearance, than they are only looking at your appearance.
