Fancy yourself as an agony aunt? Add your answer to this question! A

That said, why do you want your virginity back? If it is for religious reasons, there are rituals you can do, with your religious leaders, sometimes to have a "second virginity". I am not religious, and as such have no idea whether these are any good or actually count in the eyes of either your god, or other members of your religion.
Other than that, if you did have a surgical procedure to reconstruct a hymen-like membrane, the tissue would have to be thick enough to hold the stitches etc, and as such would not be able to be penetrated by the penis, you would need another procedure to be able to have sex again.
More information would be helpful and then maybe we could help you more!

If you're very young and are keeping something from your parents there is absolutely no surgery that can be done without their knowledge and consent. Why is your virginity important enough to have surgery to repair a hymen? If you're worried someone will be able to tell from sex, they won't. A hymen can be disturbed from physical activity or from the use of a tampon. Good luck.
