Suggestions on how to ask her out on a date?

About a month or so ago I pulled this girl on a night out, but she wasn't a complete random as I had talked to her before, and heard she was interested. Two weeks later we pulled again, and I'm really getting the feeling I like her. We had a really great conversation last night just laughing and joking and it felt really natural, and I could really see it going somewhere. The problem is however, I don't know how to ask her out. I've never really been in this type of situation before, and I'm really nervous about it. I don't want to do it over msn, but it seems like the only time I ever have the confidence to do it. I wouldn't mind asking her out over a text as much but again, ideally I would prefer to ask her face to face, but I just don't know how I should do it? Any suggestions would be much appreciated!
