Ok i really need some info.

My nails are yellow like bad no matter what i do they won't get better and they're easily broken.

I drink plenty of water and eat really healthy but nothing helps.

I've tried not using much nail polish and i've tried using the nail polish that can help your nails but nothing works! What could be wrong with me?

My doctor says it's nothing to worry about...but she's misdiagonsed me many times before.

What do i do??

Artistry agony auntHi there, I agree with the other answer. Try taking a half of a calcium pill, and a low milligram Vitamin E. Drink milk as she said, and stop painting your nails, they need to breathe. Also look for a jar of nail cream with Vitamin E in it. Loosen your cuticles, with one of those wooden nail sticks and massage the tips of your fingers with the cream, and leave the cream on overnight. Soak your hands in warm water with a little body wash in it. File your nails in one direction only, this will stop the cracking hopefully. Good luck and report back on your success.

It sounds to me that you may not be getting enough calcium. You should drink milk or soy milk and/or take vitamin supplements. Because you are young you should look for a multiple vitamin which will have calcium in it, instead of just the plain calcium supplement.
