If i hang a small back on my penis and put some small weights in it and then lift it up and down using my erect penis would this help my PC muscle get stronger?I've tried stopping urine flow but when i do that i stop it but then the need for a pee goesThanks

Okay. Well, I rarely had any problem with premature ejaculation after about age 17, but I've read quite a bit about Kegel exercises and discovered later in life that I had been unknowingly using the techniques to some degree most of my many years (now about 60). In other words, I could usually squeeze my pelvic floor muscles to resist ejaculation when desired. My reasoning was to withhold my release primarily so that extended intercourse would bring my ladies to satisfaction, and also in hope that they would finish me off orally, which I often preferred.
Although I've never spent too much time trying to develop the PC muscles, because I personally had fairly good control all along, I've learned that men may be able to develop better control by simply squeezing as if trying to repeatedly suppress urination. You can practice at the urinal or toilet by peeing a bit, then stopping repeatedly.
Obviously, it takes a bit of effort to temporarily suspend urination several times prior to emptying the bladder, which requires control of the pubococgeal muscle. There is more information online, I think. Practice may require weeks or months to attain a significant amount of control, but can also be practiced when not urinating as well. Both males and females can exercise at most any time, whether sitting, driving an auto or standing in line at the store or a bank.
Women can gain significant PC muscle control to better squeeze a man's erection during intercourse, which helps stimulate sensation and orgasm (ejaculation). Women who can do this are fairly rare in my experience, but are hard to forget if they know when and how to use the talent.

The best cure for your problem in my opinion is to have sex often and regular. You will soon start to find your own pace and eventually be able to control when you come. This can only come about with plenty of practice. Enjoy!
