They literally appeared in a day. I thought it might be heat rash but that doesnt realy appear on your face.. and its not red at all. Honestly I cant see it.And also.. I have red 'spots' over the backs of my arms. I find this strange because I have very good skin (except for the strange pimples) and dont get spots on my back or any where. These ones h=on my arm have been there for ages. They dont hurt or anything, it just makes me self concious. And finaly! My hair is very thin. After its washed and dried it looks great, but then by the end of the day it has always gone all greasy. Any reccomendations? Thanks!

Pimples dissappeared just as quickly as they came, like a day later.. wierd. My hair is ok now I changed shampoo. Still fine though. But thats life I guess. And on the back of my arm apparently has something to do with eating to much carborhydrates. Cool.
Thanks everyone :)

It sounds like all sorts of hormone problems in one...
http://tgel.com/uk/ Thats a good shampoo although its not the smelling of lavinder type...
I had this on my face and it was a reaction to some soap or cream, I dont use soap on my face and use a very gentle cleanser and toner...or all in one wipes hunny...It could be heat or hormones...
The red spots on your arms, I used to have little red spots on my hands when I was young they just went hunny..
I think all this will sort itself out love, I used to have to wash my hair sometimes twice a day if I was going out but it got better the older I got, My daughter has just started getting greasier hair and the odd spot, I leave her hair for a few days as its long and can be popped back natural oils are a good thing for the hair..If your hair is really worrying you it wont hurt to wash it gently more often, if it makes you feel better then thats all that matters..Hope this helps hunny TAKE CARE WITH LOVE N HUGS MANDY XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

If you really dont like them you can ask your doctor to advise you which type of creme would be best to treat them with.Same goes for the bumps on your face, I had them too, I think, on my forehead. As i ran my hand over my cheeks theyd be smooth as a babys behind but then my forehead had lots of liiiiittle lumps that only I could feel but you cant really see them. They will go they are just adolescent woes to be honest. Always wash your skin but not too much, just take a bath everyother day. Finally, for the hair: the more you wash your hair the faster it becomes greasy, so whenever you dont care what people think of you, dont wash your hair, that way, you will gradually train it to stop becoming greasy so quickly.plus you can buy anti grease shampoos etc but in my opinion they dont really work that much, not noticably anywayhope i have helped xx
