k_c100 agony auntYou are still covered by the pill on your pill free week, the hormone levels stay the same therefore you cant get pregnant. The pill works by not releasing an egg anyway so when it comes to your pill free week there is no egg to fertilise!

The only instance where your pill may not work is if you are sick, have diorrhea or miss a pill and do not take it within 12 hours of your normal time that you take it.

I very much doubt that your are pregnant, and sharp stomach pains are not symptoms of pregnancy anyway. Pain means there is something wrong, not the sign of a baby! If a pregnant lady has stomach pain then she normally has to go to the hospital as it means something is wrong with the baby!

So your stomach pain my have been down to something you have eaten, indigestion maybe, there could be loads of reasons for your stomach pain but if it keeps happening then you need to see a doctor.

Talking about babies is fine and it wont send your mind or body into baby making overdrive! As long as you keep taking the pill correctly then you will be covered and there is no risk of you getting pregnant. If you have any more questions about the pill please feel free to message me or go to your doctor and they will be able to give you lots of advice.

I hope this helps!
