Make an appointment with your OB/GYN for aftercare. It could be a lot of things making you bleed. You might need a D&C or it could be a reaction to the Depo shot.
Go get checked out.
PS why haven't you gotten your 6 week aftercare check up?

Only a doctor can tell you what the problem is. Sometimes a piece of placenta can be left in there which would need an immediate D&C. Do not delay in case you get septicaemia. Better to panic and act. You have 3 kids who can only benefit from your health so get checked.

It could be the depo shot making you go crazy down there.
I went on one pill and it gave me permanent period. (Very effective as a birth control because I would never have sex!)
Go and talk to the doctor.
