Hi,
I am working on a project at the moment about anxiety and panic attacks.
I work for a TV company and we are making a series for Channel 4 Education about adolescent stress and anxiety. Panic attacks are often associated with adult life, yet figures show that more and more teenagers suffer from them too.
At the moment I am doing research into anxiety and am interested to hear people's stories about how it effects them and how they cope with it.
In the long term we are looking for teenagers to appear in the programme. We have a team of experts involved who will show people techniques of how to cope in stressful situations and deal with panic attacks.
Yet if you are not a teenager it would still be useful to hear a bit more about your story.
If you would like hear more plaese don't hesitate to contact me. Reply to me via this website, or my email address is [email address blocked] or you could even phone! My number is 01273648366
Thanks, Emily
