Hi I'm 15 and quite inexperienced.I'm not particularly shy, I have a pretty small circle of close friends but know other people in wider circles and I would say I have a pretty average social life e.g going out with friends most weeks etc. I was just wondering if anyone had any advice for teen dating, getting a bf and you know stuff like that. I don't know alot so any advice is helpful except for the wait till your older, it will cone naturally or just be yourself type advice as that is a bit obvious and I've been told it so much. So any tips, do's and donts or general advice is more than welcome. Please share I just want a bit of advice to guide me along the way :)

Apart from the obvious advice which you have already stated (and is by all means the best!), you could try and mingle with guys a bit more, not guys you fancy but try and build up a reasonable relationship with a guy you could call a friend. This way you can see more about how a guys mind works, although don't stereotype. My strategy was to wait for a guy to ask me out first; if he wants to go out with you that much he'd bite the bullet, as if you made the first move it won't have the same effect. This way does take longer (I was 17 when I went out with my first boyfriend for 2 months, and 19 with the second) but it's worth the wait to find someone who clearly adores you instead of someone who thinks youre that desparate and is only out to get points with his mates.

Good luck, he won't be far away :) remember patience is a virtue.
