Do these girls all know about each other I wonder? Are you serious about any of them? This isn't love, you aren't in love with any of them, you are just having fun and hopefully, they are treating their 'relations' with you equally casually.
I think you will know when you meet 'the one' for you. I don't believe that has happened yet. If it had, it would be easy to give up your other 'girlfriends' in order to spend as much time with her as possible and in respect of her feelings.
I don't know if you are sleeping with all these girls but if you are, I hope you are protecting yourself and them.
I would suggest you make sure the girls are aware of each other so that no one gets hurt and understand that they are all just close friends to you and nothing really deeper than that.
Have fun and keep looking for Miss Right!

By all means see all of them at the same time as long as they know about it and are ok with it.
The only problem with this approach is that you will find difficulty finding a girlfriend that will want to put up with that!
Go out on dates but i dont think you are ready for a girlfriend just yet.
