Don't have sex is my advice. I may be going out on a limb here and may sound a tad old fashioned, but if you are aged 13-15, you shouldn't be having sex anyway and if you do you should be being more careful. I you have a yeast infection then I'd see a doc and get it cleared up then ask him about contraception as well.
