reader, anonymous, writes (13 January 2009): What you have to do is let her know that you think her figure is lovely, that you love her for what she is, and that you love her for who she is. She needs reassurance that there's nothing wrong with her body as far as you are concerned. You need to tell her how beautiful she is in your eyes, and that your eyes should be the only ones that matter to her.
There's nothing wrong with having a flat butt, small boobs or being a bit bulky. I doubt that dieting would be any good because her boobs would get smaller and so would her butt, although it would make her less bulky.
Very few women are happy with their attributes and there's always something they would like to alter about their appearance. At the end of the day she is what she is and it's what makes her unique amongst the rest of the population.
Just reassure her that she's perfect as far as you are concerned.

Well first of all every woman's body is shaped differently. There are bra inserts to make her boobs bigger but has she considered implants? As far as her butt goes there are squat exercises to lift the butt and round it out and if that don't work, convince her you think her flat butt is perfect and you love it like that. If she still don't like her butt then buy her some butt pads lol.

Just let her know first off, the only way i know of how to get bigger boobs is get preggo, they fill up with milk and get huge! haha, no i am not sure how she can get bigger boobs or a nicer butt because that is not something you can control. what she can do, is try to lose weight, if she is bulky and unhappy with her figure, help her. Make lifestyle changes, wake up earlier and do 10 jumping jacks, that will help get ur matabolism started, also, i had a nutritonalest, and im not sure if it was for my body only, but he told me that you should be eating meals around the same time every day and eat more often, but smaller portions. and just doing that alone, along with p.e. that i do at school i did lose about 10 pounds. (then got pregnant and quit.) The thing he told me to do was eat breakfast, have a snack, eat lunch, have 2 snacks, eat dinner. have dessert, ONLY if you are hungry 30 min. after your dinner. otherwise dont eat until breakfast the next morning. Plus joining a gym can be helpful, or getting a personal trainer, or even just going on walks at night, or jogging. Maybe help motivate her, by doing it with her. One thing my nutrionalest told me was changing your diet as far as what you eat, will not help you, because as soon as you get to the weight you want you will go back to your old eating and regain it all back, you have to make a lifestyle change, not just a diet. So dont cut out desserts or fatty foods, just narrow down your portions of it. Hope that helps!!!good luckxoxodummy
