Just asked my hubby who's a paramedic.
He says streptococus bacteria basically live in any area where there's urine and it's warm and moist.
So his penis is going to be swimming with the stuff and you shoved it straight on to your tonsils.
So anyway... if it doesn't get better on it's own in a couple of days you may need anti-biotics from the doc - plus you may need to rule out it's not anything worse, like chlymida syphilis, gonorea, all things you can get in your mouth.
Next time just make sure he has a good shower before you go down on him.
