reader, anonymous, writes (7 September 2006): Are you insecurities inside based or heavily influenced by outside factors? How much of this could be attributed to post-partum depression? How much of this is what most pregnant women or new mom's struggle with; their physical appearance which effects their self esteem?
How much of this is based on the actions or lack of actions from your partner?
There isn't much to go on Sweetie so I am at a loss as what to advise you with/on.
Is there an event that has made you question the strength of bond in your relationship? Is this a trust issue? Is this lack of intamacy related?

you should sit him down and tell him how your feeling,its also very normal for you to feel that way after having a baby,you need to tell him he isnt commiting enough to the relationship,and what he can do to make you feel more secure,hope it all works out for you x
