Basicly since about christmas every now and then ive got these strange hallucinations/dreams, they are definately not normal dreams but they vairy from seeing my light on with a lampshade when infact theres no bulb or lamp on it, being chased around my room by spotlights, my parents being nasty and im unable to move/talk properly to having all my friends on my bed. I know these arnt just dreams because they are alot more vivid as if im actually there doing it and i can remember them 100% and everytime before i have them i can hear almost like blood rushing into my ears. Seriously, go to a doctor!
It doesn't sound normal at all... do you take drugs? That could be the cause but im assuming if you did you would have already worked that out... whats changed since christmas? Try and work that out and you may have your solution. But go see a doctor anyway. Good luck :]

Have you moved? There can be various reasons for this, the mind and subconcious is very poerfull. I don't have enough information to really try and help or answer you! But no, it is not abnormal to have dreams like this. There is usually a very good explanation to it!

If you are asleep when you are having them then there is nothing wrong. Try cutting down on nicotine, sugar, cheese, any strange foods before you go to bed as these can have an effect.
If you are awake and having them then you might want to see a doctor as it could be a chemical imbalance or even a tumour.
Good Luck!! xx

Go to a doctor.
There is a huge difference between a dream and hallucination. One is when are asleep and I wouldn't worry to much about what happens in your dreams then but hallucinations are when you are awake and what you describe then sounds extremely worrying.
Does the sound in your ear happen when you are awake? That too doesn't sound right.
So go see a doctor, the internet is fine thing but doesn't make up for a medical degree.
There is no harmless reason I can think of for what you describe except drug use. So go talk to a doctor.
