 Its almost a given that your ex still cares for you, but she is probably trying to move on because the relationship didn't work for whatever reason. Usually if one person feels a breakup might be a good solution to the relationship, they are correct. Some relationships do not work despite the love and care that still exists between the two people. If you want her back just tell her so, and if she doesn't agree then consider that closure and move on. Don't torture yourself wondering all day about whether or not she still wants to be with you. Simply ask her and then move on if she says no or cannot decide.
