 Do whatever you think is right, if yous feel like yous are ready to make out and yous are comfortable with eachother then go for it, just do whatever happens naturally i find it really cute that yous havent made out it just proves hes not using you for anything, just dont rush into anything too quickly just let it happen naturally, hope this helps !
