He goes pretty red when he talks to me but im sure he has no clue whatsoever that i like him. Should I tell him or what. How should I go about trying to be better friends with him. Have you seen the movie Mermaids? It's quite similar.
Anyhoo, sit closer to the front or where he's at. Talk to him more. My boyfriend is also four (4.5) years older than I am, so I know the feeling.
Get to know him more.

 Maybe you can try and figure out more about him? Ask him questions like what are his hobbies or something? You said you talk to him so try and start up a conversation, and then after a little while, when you know more about his likes and dislikes, maybe he will ask you out, or you can ask him out. Like you could ask him if he wants to meet up for mini-golf or whatever fun activities you have in your neighbourhood. He should get the idea that you like him back.
