I really don't like this guy like that or in any way really but because as my friends say, I'm to nice for my own good I agreed to dance with him ( several times unfortunately) and now I really want to get out of it. I've heard from his friends that he's planning to kiss me coz he thinks that I have said I fancy him. What I want to know is what should I do and should I make it clear I really don't like him now or at the prom? Thanks! Reply to this Question Share |

Do it before the prom. If you do it at the prom, it won't look good for you.

Do it before the prom. It's kinder for him. Both of you will want to enjoy the prom so turning him down before the prom is better for you both. Let him down gently and it'll be ok. Good luck :)

Tell him now rather than spoil his memories of prom night.
You don't have to be mean about it, just tell him you want to make it clear to avoid any awkward moments on the night that you are not interested in him in that way.
If he takes it well, and you still want to be nice, ... it wont kill you to still give him that dance. Even if he knows kissing you is off limits, it might just be what makes his night.

Do it before the prom. You don't want to make a scene there and it'll just be easier. If you wait he'll think the entire time that you like him.
