It's been 3 months since we saw each other and almost a month since we spoke.I decided not to call him and see what happens but I now feel like I'm a burden to him. I have conflicted feelings and to make matters worse, I'm constantly thinking of my friend who, at some point ended up kissing. I don't know what to do and it's eating me up inside. Should I tell my bf or just ignore it?

Definitely talk to your boyfriend. With you thinking of your friend and all these feelings eating you inside, you really need to chat it out with the boyfriend, tell him how you're feeling and also get him to open up with his feelings too.
Don't ignore it otherwise the feeling will build up and ruin something that could easily be resolved through talking things through.

If you nearly ended up kissing someone, and if you wanted to kiss him. You might want to evaluate the relationship and decide if it's worth continuing, especially if he isn't making any effort to communicate with you.
