writes:hi,i know a girl for 3 weeks and she lives near my house,i had a long conversation through one night and i got out with her one time and we walked through the city,i gave her flowers and she said that is very kind of you and she huged me.but i liked and loved her from first look.im trying to get out with her to tell her that but she says im busy these days.should i say to her that i love you online through msn or call her and say everything or just wait someday to tell her face to face?please im waiting for your response!

 Taking all accounts in to consideration. You've known her for three weeks... is that enough to know you love her? In three weeks, you won't know all about her - to love means to love everything. How can you if you don't know everything?
Wait a while, get to know her MORE. Wait until she starts showing you signs that she feels the same in response and not while she tells you she's busy.

If she is telling you that she is too busy to go out then that is her way of say she isn't interested. I wouldn't tell her at all until you even know if she is really in to you because it sounds like she's not. But if you do tell her tell her face to face it means more and it makes it a far more better memory.
