writes: hey im 15 and im bi and had a crush on my best friend for over a year and know that this feeling wont go away. shes straight and i told her i was bi three months ago and shes cool wit it, but before i got to tell how i feel her boyfriend just broke up with her a few days ago and shes really sad about it. should i tell her at all?!

reader, anonymous, writes (11 March 2008): You could hedge around the question a bit by bringing up the subject of you being bi and ask her if she's ever had feelings of that nature herself. That should solve it one way or the other - could just be the opening she needs!(pardon the pun!)

If u feel that telling her is what u need to do then go for it, but might it not make u feel worse if she's not going to return your feelings?If u do tell her, maybe leave it for a bit until she isn't as sad about her boyfriend. Also it may make her feel uncomfortable if u like her as more than a friend. I'm in a similar situation except no one knows that i'm bi :-S So i can sort of relate to how u may be feeling.Wish u the best of luck! Leave an answer letting us all know how it's going!
