Should I talk to her or wait until she chills out??

A female , anonymous writes:

I am having problems with a woman who I work with. She really is quite nice but is starting to annoy me. She broke up with her live in partner a year ago ( he also works at the same place) and as I understand it they recently got back together. She ended it and realized her mistatke after that and chased him and got him back. I went through a breakup at the same time and I did not get back with ex. The problem is that she is VERY insecure about her partner now and even came up and told me that he is 'off the market' which is insulting because I have a working relationship with him and that is it.

Again, a nice guy but....just a colleague. She knows I am currently single but I am insulted by her just assuming that I would want this guy. Should I be direct and tell her this or should I just wait it out till she comes to her senses and chills out a bit.

shania agony auntYes this woman is insecure and if it wasn't you it could be any girl that she would find a threat to.I would let her chill out and ignore her...i think if you were to say something it might start to rock the boat or make the situation worse.Eventually she should see sense....just dont get involved, let them two sort it out.
