i really like my best friend a lot hes a male and we've been friends for over a year. we have spoken about dating but he says hes views me as an older sister the way ive been there for him (hes had a lot of personal crap)and how ive helped him and hes been able to talk to me so early on about his personal stuff. i want to take this as a compliment but i asked is it because hes doesnt fancy me and he says its because he views me this other way he doesnt see me like that and he says he does care about me a lot.so is this a compliment ?
