Hi, Theres no harm in telling him you like him, and the rose idea is a good one, if you can't decided which colour why not send him a pink rose, this letting him know you value his friendship but would like it to be more.

Sounds like he's trying to cop a feel but disguise it as friendship - just because the other girls are letting him do it, don't let your guard down and let him do it. (I know I might be overreacting, but I'm just trying to cover ALL the bases here, ok? ;))
And to decide whether you should give him a red or white rose?
Is he really that great a guy or is he just really hot?
If he's a really good guy and you like him that much, and want to go on a date with him, a red rose sounds okay.
If you don't really know him that well, and adore him like you would a hot celeb, then just stick with a white rose.
(To be on the safe side, though, I'd give him a white rose in any case).

he wil respect it if hes that type of guy! i would give him a red one if you like him that much! but if you dont then white, if you want to make sure he knows its from you, then he might make a move, and ask him if he likes u !
