Yes, you need to see your OB/GYN. If you been having your cycle and now just discovering this problem, it may be more than normal vaginal discharge. If it's milky white and there's alot of it, it may very well be a yeast infection. If this is the case it will soon be followed by vaginal itching.

DrPsych agony auntSome discharge is ok, but if it is accompanied by other symptoms such as a rash, itching etc then you need to see a doctor as you may have thrush or some vaginal bacterial infection that can be easily sorted out with treatment. Although you maybe fond of your sexy underwear, it maybe a good idea to wear 'bridget jones' cotton knickers when your symptoms fire up to let your skin 'breathe' down there.

willywombat agony auntNo honey this is completely normal. Vaginal secretions differ according to where you are in your mentstrual cyle. If you are not itchy or the discharge doesn't have an offensive odour then you ahve nothing to worry about.

If this doesn't reasure you then I would recommend a trip to your GP to ask them to take a look for you, or talk to your Mum or close female relative who can reassure you all is ok.
