When I was at school I had similar teachers who were agressive and I witnessed one actually physically fighting with a pupil. This affects me even now and I would hate my child to be a part of that scene at school or college so if there is intimidation in the classroom I would say tell someone as it verges on bullying! It is not right that young people like yourselves are forced to be a part of this - there are different ways of enforcing 'discipline' or boundaries etc etc. Demonstrating aggression is simply teaching aggression. You know what feels right and wrong - trust yourself - you have the right to speak up - do it calmly and professionally to a trustworthy adult at the school / college.
