We've talked off and on and just when I think I'm over him he comes back. He's known I've always had a thing for him but always makes excuses to become something more yet always wants something sexual to happen. Even though I've never given him anything like that. I've been missing him so much lately, I catch myself thinking of him. I'm confuse on what I should do. Should I reach out to him or let things be?

Leave it be.
All he wants from you is a "fwb" or something casual. Don't settle for a "fwb" if you are looking for a relationship and do NOT think that IF you have SEX with him, maybe he will want to date you... he won't. He will FWB with you till the girl he WANTS to date comes around. Why do that to yourself?
