A female United Kingdom age 30-35, anonymous writes:

i've recently met up with one of my best friends after not seeing him for 5 years,

i had such an amazing time with him and it felt really natural to spend time with him and his family. he lived on the otherside of the country and has gone back now, but i'd love something to happen between us in a more romantic sense. am i being silly? it just feels right, i don't know how he feels but he said that after his exams he's going to drive down and we'll spend some time together..

what should i do? should i mention to him how much i like him, or wait for him to make any advances xx

A female reader, oiais United States +, writes (23 March 2009):

Make sure that he is unattached and than if you like him as well as you say you do than some flirting will let him know your interested. Some guys are dense, and need a little motivation.

If he likes you things will flow into motion.

Hope that helps
