Except iv seen his pic and im not really physically attracted to him. Earlier, he wouldtell me he wouldn't want to meet me.. that it was all about us being just being over the phone friends..But last night out of the blue he said he wanted to take me out..Now im not sure what to do.I would like to be friends with him after we meet but want nothing more, off the phone..But im also afraid he'll make a move on me. What do i do?Cause i do care for him too ,and dont want to reject him either..

Alysha said it perfectly. If you are interested in meeting:
1) Tell him you do not wish to engage in a physical relationship: you like things the way they are.
2) Meet in a safe place known to you. Have a friend call at a pre-arranged time during and a pre-arranged time after, to ensure your safety.
3) Meet on a weekday. Say you have to leave early for work, school or an appointment you have early the next day.
4) Sounds paranoid, but ensure you are not followed.
If you do not want to meet him at all, do not agree to.

Personally, I would answer NO. Not worth it. He could be the proverbial serial killer or a player that knew how to fish you out of the barrel.
Why don't you meet a regular guy someplace real commonplace where you can use all your senses to feel him out.
