Your nervousness about meeting face to face for the first time is perfectly normal. But you've had the advantage of exchanging pics and cam-chatting, so at least you know he likes what he's seen so far! Plus, guys are far less discriminating about some things than we girls are. Don't sweat the small stuff (weight, looks).
Instead of worrying about how he'll feel about you, YOU seize the power. What if you don't like HIM in real life? Definitely have a fall-back/escape plan in case the mtg's a disappointment, make sure you leave details of your planned meeting with someone you trust (and let him know that you have done that), do NOT go with him to another location you haven't told anyone about. Then yes, GO! This may be the beginning of the most exciting adventure ever!

There is always a risk it won't work out in the real world. If you are sure about meeting him, then make sure you stay safe until you really know him - there are some very odd people in those networking sites who can pretend to be normal online. I would also say that you should make your expectations clear to him before meeting him. If you don't think you want a one-night stand then make that clear because a lot of men on the net will be seeking that sort of contact. I would stop worrying about if he likes you in real life and start thinking about if he will meet your expectations.
