In order to understand this question you must first read my previous question.

I have a boyfriend and him and I are trying to make a long distance thing work. He believes it is but I don't.

Well I have known this guy named Marcus for a while and since I moved away him and I have been talking alot. We have developed an amazing friendship and I think that I could very easily fall in love with him. He is also far away though.

I still love my boyfriend but we have never had a very passion filled relationship, its more of a friends with benefits kind of thing. He is the kind of guy you know will always be dependable and take care of you.

Marcus though is like me he likes to be spontaneous and crazy. He likes to have stupid fun and he has a wonderful sense of humor(unlike my boyfriend) Marcus says he really cares about me and we have had some very intense conversations along with laughing.

Which guy should I go for? Should I keep my dependable boyfriend who wants to get married or should I follow my spontaneous instinct and heart and go for Marcus? Please help!!!

Hi

Whether or not Marcus is ultimately the one for you, time will tell. However, I would strongly advise you to split with you reliable long distance boyfriend. I got married to a similarly reliable person where the spark wasn't there but I thought it would be OK. In the end it wasn't and I have just been through a deeply painful divorce.

starfairy agony auntI stopped reading when I got to this line:

"I have a boyfriend and him and I are trying to make a long distance thing work. He believes it is but I don't."

So you need to break up with him, end of.
