 Why are you asking this here? I mean you should be laughing at these girls. I don't know what type of 13yr olds your hanging with but tell them their too young, a bit obvious dont you think? and also WHY are you hanging with 13yr olds? dont you have freinds your own age?

What is it that interests you about young girls?
If you were secure about yourself, and wanted to learn how to be a good lover I would suggest going after an older women.
If you do have sex with a thirteen year old, you should be locked up for life with all the rest of the sexual offenders.

 "I'm proud of you for thinking these girls are too young, because they are. In most states you would also run the risk of any number of serious criminal charges for having sexual relations with a minor, consenting or not.
Just tell these teenies that you care about them and you advise that they abstain from sexual activity for a few years, and to give you a call when they turn 17 or 18 years old.
