He has recently asked me out this isn't the first time and he says he is really persistent person. I don't want to ruin our relationship, what should I do?

You should find out if he is asking you out because he has feelings for you, or is he only doing it because everyone thinks you guys would make a cute couple?
Either way I'd say you probably shouldn't go out with him, considering you don't have feelings and you don't want to ruin the relationship. Tell him the truth. From my experience, if he really is your best friend you guys will be able to move past this. I assume both of you are still quite young - there's no reason to rush into anything.
