writes:i meet my online boyfriend 2 years and half ago. untill now we are still regularly communicating. chatting, texting but he doesnt call me cos he always worry about his phone bill. i insist him to come and visit so we could meet but he always want me come to the US where he lives to meet him. im from the philipines and it isnt easy to be granted a visit visa here. we are still having diputes about the meeting and i dont know wat to do. should i make the move to come and visit him? please help me.thank you very much.

 I am not sure, it sounds a little suspicious. He wont let you hear his voice and wont go to your country. I would be very careful, through texts and chatting he can pretend to be whoever he wants to be and sculpt any charector that appeals to you. If you go to the usa you are going to be on your own, in a strange country, with him as your only helper, what would you do if you found out he wasnt the person he pretended to be?
phone him on someoneelse's phone so he will pick up and you can tell if he is about the age he says he is, then disscuss with him why he wont come and see you, as well as your worries about going over.
