Should I give it a try?

Basically i met a guy (guy A)via the internet nearly 5 months ago it was great he would give me attention and it wsnt fantasy. i recognised his good and bad bits... but it was a bad time espeically for me and i ended up leaving him or trying to push him away. i had started to like another guy and i never wanted to play 2 guys so i left GUY A.... we did like eachother alot but his family was telling him to get engaged to his friend who he knwon all his life... he did tell me straight away and i cried alot. i ened up blockin deletin him out of me life all together. it just hurt.

they didnt work out he said he couldnt see her beyond a friend but she stil texts him even tops his phone up 4 him 2 talk 2 her.

but now months later i got a new sim and no names no rang and it was him..we spoke briefly i explained i just want to be friend and forget the past we were both in the wrong. but atlest we were honest with eachother. but there are sitll feelings there for both of us.

but we are both so busy and liee far away from eachother yet i never forgot him or wantin 2 not be with him.

what should i do?? slowly get to know him again or am i just going to get hurt again? p.s we're both 19
