Do you think you can repair the trust again? Do you think he will do it again? Has he ever lied to you before? Does things happen like this often in your relationship? Would it be easier to let him go and start fresh without the worry on someone new? ask yourself these types of questions and based on what you believe thats what you should do.

Without knowing to much about your situation here, is if he cheated and lied in the first place will he do it again?. Do you trust him totally?. If you haven't got trust then a relationship is doomed to fail.
If you have any doubts that he will cheat again then i would say don't forgive him.
Good luck x
