You need to re evaluate your b/f and then decide if you still want to continue or to terminate it. You need to address this issue first.Then you can move on with your life.

Your friends are right you should follow your heart. But what i would say is if you really like this guy the the decent thing to do would be to finish your current relationship first. Don't lead your boyfriend on, or two time him, be open and tell him the truth. Then after time you can go after this other guy with a clear conscience.
