I have applied everywhere but they say although Im well educated I dont have retail experience (just 3 months work placement experience in an eldery home and hospital) but not an actual job. .. Im worried that when I do get my degree I wont get a job anywhere without experience? what can I do? I feel like im stuck in a rut and the people they employ here are not smarter than me, they simply have retail experience.do you think that working in a office say voluntary would look good on my c.v and would help me get a part time job next year? any advice would be great lol Reply to this Question Share |

yes voluntary work does look good on the CV.
and remember becoz of the current climate jobs are hard to come by so u have to put more effort into getting that job.
once u gain a decent degree u will find a job on par with that.
but til then try and get some work experience onto your CV then apply online for p/t jobs.
good luck

Yep any work experience, paid or unpaid helps. Sometimes permanent jobs come from volunteer work. Anyway it beats sitting around doing nothing. Good luck.
